Alongside our fine a la Carte cuisine we have a Josper Charcoal oven, synonymous with grilling steaks, burgers and chicken to perfection for a truly unique culinary experience.

Our carefully selected steaks and beef come from top grade cattle reared in wide open spaces on a natural diet of fresh grass in the West Country and the Midlands. The beef is aged on the bone for 28 days using a dedicated dry-ageing process to produce steaks with interwoven marbling of creamy fat which gives the beef its superb flavour.
