Our carefully selected steaks and beef comes from top grade cattle reared in wide open spaces on a natural diet of fresh grass in the West Country and the Midlands. Our succulent beef is aged on the bone for 28 days using a dedicated dry-ageing process to produce steaks with interwoven marbling of creamy fat, which gives our beef its superb flavour.

Flame Restaurant is open for Dinner from 6:30pm until 10pm, Monday to Sunday. See below to download our evening a la carte menus.

We also offer a mouth-watering lunchtime carvery in our Flame Restaurant, which comes with all the tasty trimmings. You can have all three of our delicious courses for just £16.00 Saturday's and £18.00 on Sundays. See below for our carvery opening times.

Please note from 10th January we will no longer be running a mid-week lunchtime Carvery without prior arrangement and minimum numbers.  For large groups please enquire with our events team.
