Our carefully selected steaks and beef comes from top grade cattle reared in wide open spaces on natural diet of fresh grass in the West Country and the Midlands. Our succulent beef is aged on the bone for 28 days using a dedicated dry-ageing process to produce steaks with interwoven marbling of creamy fat, which gives our beef its superb flavour.
Flame Restaurant is open for Dinner from 7pm until 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
