All of our classes on the timetable are included in our membership subscription; however, all of our classes are open to non-members and hotel guests on a Pay as you go basis:

Low intensity classes
LES MILLS BODYBALANCETM:
Deal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCETM is a yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE, an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Medium intensity classes
LES MILLS BODYVIVETM:
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a BODYVIVE 3.1 class and you can be sure you’re heading into one of safest and most effective workouts around.
The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn up to 490 calories each class*. The great music will leave you fizzing with energy and feeling great.
LES MILLS CXWORXTM:
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORXTM provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, bum and lower back exercises.
LES MILLS SH’BAMTM:
A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAMTM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!
Absolutely anyone of any age or fitness level can SH’BAM. Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist.
LES MILLS RPMTM:
Find your rhythm in a 45-minute cardio peak cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. LES MILLS RPMTM tunes you in to great music and takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your training level over time. Your instructor will show you how to set up your bike and all the basic cycling moves. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a LES MILLS RPMTM class today.
High intensity classes
A 30min workout that uses your bodyweight to perform exercises for toning and strength
LES MILLS BODYATTACKTM:
BODYATTACKTM is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
A LES MILLSTM instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
LES MILLS BODYCOMBATTM:
BODYCOMBATTM is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed.
Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
LES MILLS BODYPUMPTM:
BODYPUMPTM is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout that will burn up to 590 calories.
Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
LES MILLS GRITTM:
LES MILLS GRITTM takes cutting edge high-intensity interval training and combines it with awesome music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder and push your boundaries.
Burn calories for hours after the workout, increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibres and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat. You’ll be addicted to the results.
LES MILLS SPRINTTM:
Take your training to the next level with a workout that’s all about quick results in just 30 minutes! LES MILLS SPRINTTM is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It’s a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact.
