Fitness Manager

This is an active role that will be based on our gym floor. You will be contacting all new members that have recently joined and get them booked in for an initial gym induction and complimentary personal training session with yourself.

Once their initial sessions are completed you will ensure that the member has a programme to follow, and then you will follow up with a programme review every 4-6 weeks. You will help our current members on the gym floor by providing advice and encouraging them to try new things, you will encourage them to take part in our exercise classes and you will have the opportunity to run gym floor classes with them. You will have full responsibility for keeping the gym clean and tidy and you will be responsible for ensuring that all members PARQs are up to date. Ideally we are looking for someone to start from 15th November 2017.

Salary: An hourly rate (paid weekly) based on experience. You will have the opportunity to earn extra by selling and delivering personal training sessions or by teaching group fitness classes on our timetable.

Hours per week: Full Time (35-40 hours per week). Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications required: Level 2 Gym instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Experience of working in a fitness club or leisure centre with a passion for health and fitness.

Membership Advisor

This is a customer facing role. You will be based on our reception meeting and greeting customers, answering the telephone and replying to e-mail enquiries. You will book appointments with potential new members who enquire and you will show them around the facilities and talk to them about the options of becoming a member.

When members join you will be responsible for completing any administration involved. You will also deal with administration for our current members including cancellations and package changes. You will look after the till and sell basic items such as drinks and protein bars.

You will be responsible for opening or closing the club as well as cash handling, including cashing up at the end of the day. You will build rapport with our members, book them in for any activities they wish to do and encourage them to make the most of our facilities.

The ideal candidate will have: A passion for health and fitness Excellent customer service skills Experience working in a Reception role/and or in a sales role. Ideally looking for someone to start from 1st November 2017.

Christmas & New Year Food & Beverage Staff

Required on a temporary basis for our busy festive season starting mid November 2017 through to New Year.  Must have excellent customer service skills and available to work mainly evenings and weekends as required throughout this busy season.
