We are a 4* privately owned Hotel on the outskirts of Swindon with 108 bedrooms, 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities, Leisure Club & Beauty Salon.
We are a busy venue with corporate delegates, leisure guests, celebrations events, Christmas Parties and much more.
Hourly Rate of Pay £13.25 per hour
We are currently looking for an experienced Full Time Senior Chef de Partie. 40-45 hours per week. On site Staff Accommodation can be provided.
You will need:-
Have worked in a similar Hotel Kitchen
Be able to make decisions and communicate well
Be an active team player and able to support your colleagues
Adhere to Food Hygiene standards at all times
Job Role:-
Produce menu items inline with required standards and consistency
Be up to date with daily business requirements
Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen prepared to a high standard and in good time
Avoid wastage and observe portion control
Assist in keeping the kitchen and all storage areas clean and tidy at all times
Report any equipment issues to the Senior Chef
Assist in training any junior staff when needed

We are currently looking for a Full Time Commis Chef to work 40 hours per week, straight shifts 5 days over 7.
