We are a busy venue with corporate delegates, leisure guests, celebrations events, Christmas Parties and much more.

We are currently looking for a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for food & drink to join our team.
Requirements:
 To have excellent Food & Beverage knowledge and service skills.
 To be responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets
 To drive staff training and ensure a high quality hospitality service is delivered.
 To have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile.
 Have a passion for food and drink
 Ensure an efficient service is provided at all times
 Cellar Management
The Ideal Candidate:
 Previous experience in this role type, within a 4* Hotel environment
 Excellent Customer service skills
 Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
 Experience of supervising and motivating an F&B team within a Hotel environment
 A positive attitude
 Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Hours of Work: You will be required to work 5 days over 7 which will include
weekends on a rota basis. Shifts will include 6am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 5pm - 2am

We are a busy venue with corporate delegates, leisure guests, celebrations events, Christmas Parties, Weddings and much more. 

You will be required to work a Weds & Thurs 11pm - 7am (with flexibility to cover holidays/sickness during the year also)

Requirements:

To have excellent customer service skills
Complete night audit in an accurate and timely manner
Deal with any Guest queries efficiently
Provide an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out
Always demonstrate a high level of customer service
Ensure up to date knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary to perform duties
Follow the correct procedures regarding foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel policy
To ensure cleanliness of public areas are kept to a high standard
To be responsible for the security of Hotel and guests overnight, ensuring safety of staff and guests at all times.
Implement and maintain the Company standards of Fire safety, hygiene, health and safety at all times and take any necessary action.
The ability to work, understand and adhere to four star standards
The ability to work alone
Good communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
