We are a 4* privately owned Hotel on the outskirts of Swindon with 108 bedrooms, 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants, extensive Conference & Banqueting facilities, Leisure Club & Secrets Beauty Salon.
We are a busy venue with corporate delegates, leisure guests, celebrations events, Weddings, Christmas Parties and much more. We are currently looking for a Full Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team.
The Food & Beverage Assistant role is varied working both bar and restaurant/function Previous experience of working in both bar and restaurant are required along with exceptional customer service skills as well as an eagerness to learn and progress.
Must be confident, a good communicator, friendly, approachable and hardworking and flexible to work varying hours, 5 days over 7 including 7am-3pm, 10am - 6pm, 12 - 8pm 3pm - 11, 5pm - 2am(The hourly rate is enhanced for any hours worked past midnight)
£10.00 - £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.71 per hour from 1st April)
Previous Bar experience is required for this role .

Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for food & drink to join our team £12.50ph (plus an enhanced hourly rate for hours worked past midnight)
Requirements:
To have excellent Food & Beverage knowledge and service skills.
To be responsible for a smooth running of the restaurant & bar outlets
To drive staff training and ensure a high quality hospitality service is delivered.

Previous experience in this role type, within a 4* Hotel environment
Excellent Customer service skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Experience of supervising and motivating an F&B team within a Hotel environment
A positive attitude
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Hours of Work: You will be required to work 5 days over 7 which will include weekends on a rota basis. Shifts will include 6am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 5pm - 2am
